You don't have to go far to get the answer. This is Anti-Competitive Behaviour and needs to be nipped in the bud. Period.

Good evening Listers, Hope you are having a good weekend.

=> Ill be short and to the point: Say there is a large residential neighbourhood V.R. With a significantly large number of tenants:

=> Lets say there are clients , living in V.R who are interested in getting service from a different provider B.
and B, on approaching V.R is told that they have signed an exclusive deal with S, to disallow anyone from accessing the market at V.R.

It obviously can be argued either way considering there is a Willing Buyer, Willing Seller agreement there, But What exactly does CA have to say about this? I ask because some providers wield enough financial muscle to actually buy out my County and sign an exclusive deal with my Governor, preventing me from operating in my own backyard…. For now though, think of places like Nyayo Highrise, Nyayo Embakasi, Konza, Vipingo Ridge, etc.
