Just came back from UON where Prof. Kamau demonstrated the converter box.  We shall find modalities of starting its production asp.

Noted there is need for all of its software be developed here.  That we must scale up digital tv applications.

Decided that we familialize the digital tv to local developers and areas we want new apps.  Paul Kukubo is to arrange a seminar in two weeks where KBC would present the opportunities.

Further ICT Board to start a local content drive in all fronts: education, entertainment, etc.  I will strive to raise the necessary resources.
