If B4RN is government subsidised, then makes a good case for the Kenyan Government to subsidise CNs... after all we borrow a lot of legal structures from the Queen's land 😄

seems to include larger institutions such as universities so can have
experienced technical personnel running the network. Volunteers can help
for last mile connectivity in established communities typically with a
high population density. It seems that B4RN is government subsidized
since costs in sparsely populated areas may be relatively high.
