Dear Listers, 

KICTANet would like to form a working group on Internet and elections to coordinate policy discussions and advocacy on the subject. We envision a multistakeholder group of individuals and  representatives of institutions with interest in the emerging tensions between use of the Internet and human rights in processes such as elections.

If you are interested, please send an email to info@kictanet.or.ke with one or two sentences explaining your interest. 

The working group will not in any way interfere with regular topical discussions on the list and the members of the group will work on a voluntary basis.
