Hi Harry, This does seem to be one way forward for Africa, We already have many 1000s of kms of fiber on power lines largely unused across the continent. However, I am curious as to why it was not done in an Open Access manner? What am I missing here? -- Cheers, McTim "A name indicates what we seek. An address indicates where it is. This is a very interesting development, bringing to fore the potential that KPLC have as a game changer with its fiber.
