Some questions:

Can county assemblies/governors be told what to do by outsiders unless county residents/investors request outsider insights/interventions?

Will CSK and KITOS members push for information societies and system audits within their counties?

Who will provide comparisons between counties as far as transparency, automation and efficiency goes?

Is the KICTB the right organization to contract certified information systems auditors to check on government bodies (including counties)?

Can counties be audited by a Central Government body, unless county insiders demand the same?

Can the Central Government audit information systems in the counties on the grounds they will help finance some County IT systems?

Hi,

Just a little pissed off with Makali's attempt at diverting an issue the discussion was supposed to be about the fact that yet again ICT has been sidelined and all we do is participate in side show posts, exactly how difficult is it for one to start there own thread and does it cost?

Refreshing faces and speeches there after years of kibaki's drab, slurring and blurring ...

But qn- so what will happen to the children in class 2 upwards who will not get the treasured laptop? Or does educ start with the uk administration's digital intake? Walking into a digital divide, or is it? Or will the schools be required to equip the rest of the have-nots? Who betwn a class 1 and 8 pupil most needs a laptop?

Anyway, i dnt mind the jubilee gifts as long as my taxes dnt go through the roof...
