I am looking to engage with various players in discussions around the WRC-23 agenda items 1.2 (6GHz), 1.4 (HIBS), and 10 (NGSOs vs GSOs).

I am looking for people from Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom, and satellite operators among other players interested in these Agenda Items (basically the users of Spectrum in Kenya) to develop a common position ahead of the WRC-23.
