I have tried the one service offered some time back before pre-launch and it saved me the trips to Sheria House. The only feeling i got is that you submit online but the request in the back-end are handled manually, this was mostly due to the inconsistent in the response.

Verdict, would i use it again? Yes. But i would not expect a wow moment.

Probably it's on testdrive, the reason for the silence. I like the interface and simplicity of the system. Simplicity is a virtue.

Just some comments, my email verification to signup to the ecitizen.co.ke portal is being delivered straight to the spam folder by Gmail. The team working on the system should see that the IP address is not blacklisted.

You can renew or replace your driving license online here https://ntsa.ecitizen.go.ke/
I hope the service will be integrated so that we renew the DL online and don't have to print and glue that paper on the driving license. I am sure this system will be integrated with the smart-card driving license. Currently "  You can now renew your drivers license online, pay using mobile money services of your choice and print your renewal slip. You will need your Ref no found in bracket in C of C in your driving license page 1."

A for effort.

Still test driving it.  I'm sure the ministry will appreciate the feedback from the community so please go on and log in!
