Hi Jevans,
I do not think Telkom are crying
alone. This is a situation that affects KDN too. The statistics are high,
in some cases at least two fiber cuts per week. It is indeed an
economic menace that service providers have to ask for some support of some
kind.. Maybe someone among the listers could have an idea.
