Dear Joseph,
I have never in my life shied away from my responsibility.  It is my
responsibility to raise issues that are hurting the industry.  Seeking
public views is not a crime. We are going through the discussion in order
to accomodate all views.  I expected reasonable contributions.  It is
important to note that since independence, we have never had to contribute
to policy making like we are doing it here now.
