That is a good point Victor.

It's would be great if we "the community" had a list of issues we have always advocated at this list, and have someone present a memorandum on the issues at the forum.

Issues like
1. Intermediary liabilities
2. Net Neutrality
3. Security surveillance system
4. Cost of real broadband (affordability)
5. Universal Access Funds ...
6. Konza, Kenyan Silicon Savannah's expectations from the community
7. KENIC, next steps ...
8. ...

Sincerely,

Thanks Ali.

More so i think it would be important for the CA to state which specific regulations will be under review at the said meeting.

In case you missed this ad/invitation from CA please see attached. I don't recall seeing this in the dailies or on Kictanet. For those interested in continuing the engagement with policy makers please make a point of attending.

Venue: Ole Sereni
Day & Time: 10th March (From 9.00 am) - I think its a full day event
Agenda: Would be nice for CA to post the Agenda on the list to enable stakeholders to prepare.

Confirm attendance: regulationsreview@ca.go.ke
