Before contributing to the specifics, as one person who has been in the sector for 15 years i take this opportunity to pass my condolences and also honour Mr Gachui who contributed to the ICT immensely vide Wananchi Online. Wananchi to some extent redifined the sector then by introducing pricing models that enhanced deepening.
