OTOH, you've just made a business case for the cold areas of KE and as PW states, it's quite feasible in in the areas he mentions - Limuru, Timboroa and Nyahururu. I have been to Nyahururu only twice so I cannot really support the business case, except for the green energy portion, which I feel is a major plus. However for Limuru, I can already bet my money if we had green energy.

Already, it's possible to cheaply get Gigabit links via Wi-Fi from Limuru to a place 13km away towards Nairobi or Naivasha - which could be the 'working centres' linked to the "cold data centers" in Limuru. If only the 24GHz spectrum can be availed for mwanachi's use by CCK:)
