This is a site with so much data and there are probably people working to resolve things. However, it would really help if we got a statement from the relevant authorities on what is going on, plus progress reports as they secure the site back. At the end of the day, they could also share, in spaces such as this one, about the attack(s), mitigation, measures taken etc.
I agree with Victor that someone needs to urgently address the public on the situation.

Separately, there is a lot to reflect about with migrating services online, without alternatives for downtime like these.....
Best,

Looks like the government rushed to onboard services on this platform without securing it.
And since there has been no official comment on this, is NC4 doing something  about it? Or who is securing it?

I noticed the same.

Also has anyone faced any difficulties from the platform while seeking certain services from ecitizen since the launch?

The eCitizen portal has been down since yesterday. I haven't seen any official communication explaining the downtime. Anyone knows why?

IMHO, a critical site like it should have 99.9% uptime and any downtime should be communicated. Or could it be that our friends from Mulot wish to collect and keep the convenience fees.

Victor
