I believe most of the issues that came up can be better answered on this list.<br>

4: Would someone with this information be open to a seating with us at the IHUB at our next meeting for an open Q&amp;A.<br>5: How far into the process of freeing up the necessary frequencies are we?<br><br>I&#39;m sure more questions will come up but for now I believe we are more curious about no:1 because it raises questions like: if a consortium will be formed, how will maintenance and general network management be done? <br>
