The Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology has developed the Draft Wireless Broadband Spectrum Guidelines.The policy framework undertakes a comprehensive review of spectrum management practices to ensure efficient and transparent assignment and use of spectrum so as to encourage the development of new and innovative wireless services.
The Draft is available at: http://www.information.go.ke
Interested members of the public and organisations are invited to submit any comments they may have on the Draft Wireless Broadband Spectrum Policy,2017: spectrumpolicyreview@information.go.ke by close of business on 22nd September 2017.
