Mr Kibati, Thanks for being in the discussion list. I take note of the open data deployment as a way of relaying public information to citizens. Also considering that that Vision 2030 flagship projects are quite a number spread out across the nation, how would you use ICT to inform the public on the status of these projects which i would closely link to the open data.
