If fiber can be guaranteed to remote locations, then the data center providers can locate the facilities in such areas where electricity can be reliably and cheaply produced; like the many falls that dot river Kucha" for instance (and many others throughout Kenya including geothermal resource locations)- translating to economic trickle down to the locals and reliable SaaS products.
