Barrack, Just joined the mailinglist. The last time I was on the ISOC website,I was shocked that Kenyan members were too few that we did not meet the threshold to form a local chapter yet Rwanda had an ISOC chapter? Let's get this done, Kenya should have had an ISOC Chapter years ago. The South African chapter is quite active and has been operating for decades now and I think it's time for ISOC Kenya! It would be a rich (and necessary) addition to the existing menu of fora for discussing the direction of internet in our country. I look forward to our first meeting!
