Blog: www.alyhussein.com@Lillian,Interesting piece on internet freedoms in .KEWhereas the incidents cited are true, I still think the freedoms gains in the new 2010 constitutions are far-reaching and it would require several years of sustained and systemic attacks for any regime to effectively claw them back.I have not been to Kampala in recent times but on a comparative and lighter note:- I hear M7 might have put .UG where Mo1 had contained us in the mid-late 1990s in terms of freedoms :-).It would be nice if you also shared the report on Internet Freedoms in Uganda (if available).rgs.walu.
