Its  been a long time  coming  ….for  growth the sheer  infrastructure  and reach  of KPLC  is  un paralleled ..to  me  it  was  a  question  of when Safcom  would  make  its move . Strategic partnerships  foster competitive  advantages and are  essential  for  security. Another  feather in  mighty Joseph’s  cap.
