At some risk let me say that I did not say that we first have to recover our investment but said we must take that into account. Let's not make rash assumptions about cost. I hear figures of costs that I have yet to see. Prices will come down for sure but I do not have a figure. We would be pretty stupid to invest nearly US$45 million in the fiber cables and price it so that no one uses it.
