The presumption of offering 'Free basics' under the pretense of reaching out to the underprivileged clearly undermines the net neutrality policies.
Telcos, ISP's & govts should treat all data on the Internet the same, without discriminating, differenting or offering preferential treatment to any content or platform. Period!!
