Dear Colleagues and great people of this forum, I wish to advise that this forum is not for asking people to account for any actions, behaviours, dealings, activities and/or how they have conducted themselves in their line of official or private duty. Nobody is obliged to respond to any accusations levelled at them in this forum because this is not a commission of inquiry, public case hearing, Baraza la wazee nor Kamukunji for such issues and as such let us ignore any of such accusations as they are being addressed to the wrong forum. I would not respond to them if it were me - Alas! on what basis or rules or guidelines will one be giving a response?. And even if someone responds then what next? Will you have judged him/her as what? If we strongly have such issues, as partly highlighted above, we should direct them or take them up with the right institution or forum. This forum neither has the capacity/resources nor competence to handle such issues. It is said that "be careful not to quickly judge others for the same measure you use to measure others can equally be applied to you especially if you are not competent to make that judgement. It may be found that you are worse than those you are attempting to judge." I request that we use this to guide our discussions in this forum. May be we will then concentrate on issues and encourage our bosses in the government and private sector to participate in this forum without feeling that they may be judged unfairly in so doing. I have noticed that most of the KICTANet flame comes from people in Diaspora. If they feel that strongly about the country, I why not come back home and build the nation from here. Or better still, stop distracting people who are working for the nation. Kindest Regards Harry On 10/7/08 8:57 AM, "Joseph Manthi" <jmanthi@gmail.com> wrote: Absolutely astounding.
