I tend to agree @barrack How exactly can Africa net consumer capitalise on the situation?
The way I see it, the continent has no other way but to strategically continue building its human capital across the board (engineering, legal, business, arts/design you name it). No need to reinvent the wheel, adapt and continue to expand/grow capacity because in the end lack of human capital is a diservice and to attract investment to this end, availability of cost effective and vibrant labour force is everything.
