[kictanet] Internet Telcos, Network Operators or Large ISPs : Will a local competition for breaking the One-TeraBit/sec barrier work?

--You can watch the cloud form around the jets and hear the sound barrier being broken with a sonic boom/bang as the jets break the speed of sound. This is what network engineers cannot visualise but truly engineering inspiration-- ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BArpqYspIgU ) It seems to me if there was a kenyan content competition to break the above bandwidth barrier, there would be long term gains on price reductions and capacities utilised. Basically the competition can be run for the most viewed content video hosted locally that will touch the One TeraBit/sec mark in about 30 days or so since being uploaded? Any takers, I hope..
