A revised competition report by the telecommunications industry regulator has dropped the controversial proposal calling for the splitting of Safaricom into separate business units, drawing the ire of its rivals.

I don't know about you but I personally would love to get a glimpse of this 'revised report'. 

I hope someone from CA is listening and remembering that we have a right to that report..At least that's what the constitution tells us.. :-)
