....hmmm....quite unexpected from what I thought would be one of Kenya's more impartial papers.
I recall some discussions here a few weeks ago (triggered by that "Interesting Piece") and such type of "logic' was brutally called into question.
So basically the government should give up - don't do CPR to Pan Paper. Allow Kenya to become a second hand economy - clothes, cars, tyres, refurbished computers, etc...
