<p>What I find most regretable about the Somali dominance issue is that it is not their problem. It is ours. Immigration officers allow illegal migrants for a thousand bob. KRA officers fail to follow up on tax for the same businessmen, private property developers sell all their assets at inflated prices to illegal immigrants.
