There is a glass ceiling we need to break and it might be easiest to start in the cyber space for real progress to be made.

1. The easiest way out of this quagmire is to make the tribal issue insignificant by catalysing the birth of East Africa Community. We will be talking of 200 tribes forming the East Africa Country and out political priorities will be re-defined.

2. Alternatively, we might need to open up and discuss issues candidly without disciplining members. Consequently, we might need to outsource the evidence gathering of the mayhem to an independent consultant who can then give us clear verdict on who are the perpetrators of the problem and take them to an international court which will not be seen to have vested interests. One effort we are attempting to solidify is to get 'No Peace Without Justice' to help gather evidence independently. www.npwj.org
In our ambit we can set up a website www.healingkenya.org with a public database where the Gakurus' and Yawes' and others can send their video, audio, images and opinion under aliases for scrutiny by the independent watchdog until we get to the bottom of this.

I propose that we suspend the two who are using this list for ethnic arguments for 2 weeks. We must have discipline.
