Looks like to them, negotiation is unidirectional. It is what they say, think, or believe even if it is against the basic common sense. They seem to be grandiosely intoxicated with a court direction at the expense of reason. They should just understand that digital migration is bigger than, and beyond them. The sooner they realise this, the better for their own sanity. --James
