The website looks good! Good UX/UI, easy to navigate. I hope there is a swahili tab for accessibility considering it's the national language. I understand the challenge in translation of technical terms but people like Bonface Witaba (in the list) have undertaken such projects ona a global level, so possible IMO. Perhaps also, ease of navigation tools for persons with disability. That being said, well in to the CA for being on top in terms of online visibility, very few state agencies have useful websites that would meet the threshold required for access to information.
