Hi, How does one stop Safaricom credit disappearing? Many of us have noticed it does not last even when data is disabled. Have resorted to loading 50 bob only to limit credit disappearance. Forgot and loaded 100 bob (not 50 bob) and it is already disappearing. Data is disabled. I get sms's I never subscribed to download ringtones, Have not tried downloading a ringtone since 2011 - as the mobile os is not supported -- was never reimbursed, never received responses for 3 or more failed downloads.
