Hi @ Kelvin,
I think the issue of employees handing over passwords is a factor of
company ICT policies. The motive needs to be scrutinized as well, this
brings in the question of whether the bill is aligned to global best
practices that are used by organizations to develop ICT policies in
addition to Standards such as ISO 27000 series.
