Quite remarkable efforts, Waudo. The work  sets up an appropriate pedestal for further contributions that will enable academicians, regulators, managers,  employers et.al, to better appreciate the ICT professional paradigms.

The draft forms a critical first step towards our dream of defining the ICT profession in Kenya. It's  a  sacred endeavor  which should be entirely isolated from all traces of the emerging Kenyan version of "ICT politics" (Exclusion and sabotage of perceived critics).

If we collaboratively manage to generate an amicable framework that will yield a streamlined and mainstreamed professional sector, we will have made a solid foundation for the future growth of our ICT industry.

May the ICT Practitioners Management Act live to see the light of day!
