plse interpret for us the suggested text - I think that was the motive behind Muendo's post? Specifically, what is the "official" position on this juju.co.ke business...
My take is that at a "pedestrian" level, i think it can "mulika" enough people ;-). At a technical level - it could just be the killer application that will drive the majority of the locals to the web (our very own facebook equivalent/local content?). From a legal perspective it looks like it does violate enough clauses and it would be interesting to see how it plays out if a court order demands it shuts down...after all, I can restore the service on a webserver outside the country (.com) while still serving the same Kenyan clientele..
