Hi, I have been having this network strength issue for over a year now, I am an Orange Dealer and I have notified them many times but to no avail. Safaricom are no better, I have reported this issue but no one seems to be interested in looking into it which is why I say CCK need to enforce the licensees service levels. What use is 3G if it is only available in the lab? Maybe, (and I don't hold brief for Safaricom or the other Telcos for that matter) you may want to alert them to survey your locality with the aim of improving service...I am told they do this as reported but for signal strength problems...
