Someone asked me last night what was the impact on African businesses during the downtime.

It would be great to do a quick study on this. Maybe the Facebook team can assist us with this. One thing for me is clear and w shouldn't lose sight of this - Any system in the world can have downtime. Big Tech is not an exception. I'm keen for us to discuss mitigating these systemic risks.
