Kenyans are far far much better than the Rwandese when it comes to "talking" and "conferences". We have the best debaters.
Unfortunately, those "boardroom debates" don't necessarily translate into action on the ground.
To me, I say, let Kenyans be. Let the Rwandese show the way.
