I would wish to nominate Taurus Farms. Founded by 3 Kenyan Yale  University Alumni who despite being equipped with Degrees from the Ivy league institution choose to abandon quest for Corporate fame pursue a social cause by forming Tanuru Farms.

Tanuru Farms seek to integrate small-scale farmers in South Nyanza into the regional agricultural value chains(AVCs) in the oilseeds sector; and eventually hope to facilitate value addition as well.
