I think our challenge is not the distance but infrustracture. In order to make the initiative a success, factors such as accesibility, stable connectivity et al should be considered and mitigating measures put in place such as involving all stakeholders who contribute to the critical success factors. I think at this point we need to make contributions and give ideas that will help achieve this noble initiative without necessarily being perpetually pesimistic.
