Hi Mwendwa,

The report gave guidance on the projects that required priority, that is 2G voice services in the 202 sub-counties. Broadband connectivity in schools is also underway, with the initial 896 schools selected for a start.  The USF Implementation manual and  5-year Strategic Plan are both in preparation for operationalization in the coming financial year.  These should provide guidance on how the subsequent projects will be implemented.  Those areas will be covered there in.

Regards,

Rachel

Thank you Rachel. Your responses are well articulated. Is it possible to know what the USF board/USAC is doing for these other communications aspects? I am interested more on Local content development, and innovations. Response of the other aspects is also welcomed.
