Within the background of the upcoming Regional ICT for Development (ICT4D) Workshop on Monday 19th May 2008, KICTAnet is pleased to announce a 10day Online deliberation on the following topic: 'What Role is Civil Society, Private and Public Sector Playing in ICT4D?' The eDiscussion and the face-2-face workshop will simoultaneously kick off on Monday 19th and we hope to have an interesting cross-pollinated engagement. The Objectives and Program outline for the eDiscussion is given below and shall be co-moderated by Walu and Leonard Mware.
