2. Betty Thuo - M.B.S. - distinguished role in electronic funds revolution (MPESA)

3. Esther Kagiri - M.B.S. - exemplary contribution in the ICT fraternity

4. Lynne Nyongesa - O.G.W. - outstanding contribution in the development of e-Government in the country
