if presentations (ICT, Science &Technology, Industrial etc. Parks plus
those golf courses, real estate, incubation centres etc.) are to have

The issues you are attempting to introduce (a), (b) and (c) below
would require there own days on the carpet. For example on (c) the
Kenya BPOCC Society successfully had the PE, MoI&C launch a Standards
and Ethics Guideline with the KICTB sponsoring the launch and since
then both the KBPOCCS, KICTB and the KeBS are working towards a
Standard for BPO and CC operations the latter will have outbound and
inbound standards while the former will be for back office processes.
The launch of the S&E Guideline was a half a day affair.
