I am not sure how much consultation has gone into fixing a new date for the stakeholders forum? Although no date will certainly be "convenient for everyone" I think its worth noting that the dates of 18-19 November coincide with the IGF in Sharm - el -Sheikh (15-18 November) and my sense is that a sizeable number of those who would be at the regulations forum wil be away.
