MM,

Perhaps, the right name to coin what is happening right now in the corporate sector in Kenya  could
be something akin to "Corporate Mayhem"

Without quoting names, I suppose there sections in the sector where this mayhem seem to be more
informed by panic, than sound jurisprudence.

Subject: [kictanet] Bob ups the corporate warfare strategy

Hi

------Restructuring presents a paradigm shift in the thinking and operations of both staff and business partners. Already, staff have been taken through the strategy, which Mr Collymore describes as a shift from the past to the present.

“From output to outcomes, from value propositions to value conversations, from differentiated products to products that make a difference, from value chains to value cycles, from competitive advantage to constructive advantage,” is how he sums up the new direction.  --- Bob quoted  by DN Smart company http://www.nation.co.ke/Features/smartcompany/Silver+lining+in+Safaricom+shake+up++/-/1226/1130072/-/dctddjz/-/index.html

Where can I get some academic writing on these concepts and where applied?

cheers
