During the Prime Ministers round table meeting with the private sector last year which was then followed with a meeting with the permanent secretary in the prime ministers office concerning a government contact centre it was agreed by the prime minister that this should be effected.

Can the relevant responsible person please give a status on this as during the Competitive Partnership Initiative conference none of the government officials present had a response to this question.
