Hey Warigia,
Thanks so much for posting this online. I have been going
through it, and am still flipping the pages.
Well done, for the amount of effort that you put up to
come up with this work. Now, I may not really
be a good Literary Critique, in ICT terms - (using
the import from Literary circles) - However, I admire
one of the elements you have pointed out in your preample
about "process".
I suppose this still ails us, as we hurtle along towards
defining our Key National goals in utilizing
ICT as a tool. Just how do we cut out "baggage", get down to
the point and get things done
efficiently, and cost-effectively. This is our biggest
conundrum to date. There is alot of baggage
around.
Listers, any comment on this work, by
Warigia..?
Harry
