We are back up and running. At Mark you should be able to apply for the e-visa. Best Regards On Fri, Oct 4, 2019 at 7:53 PM Walubengo J <jwalu@yahoo.com> wrote:
How now?
Is it an issue for our very able ICTA CEO Dr. Getao or for the equally able National CIRT <http://www.ke-cirt.go.ke/> at Communications Authority?
Which reminds me, our Cybercrime Act (2018) created the National Computer & Cybercrime Coordination center to look after our critical infrastructure. Wonder if this center is now operational and we could get answers from them.
Anyhow, the link seems to be up from my end now...but Its a little bit embarrassing to learn that it has been down for 2days.
